One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the krwin Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All associated accounts will be suspended and all balances, including any winnings, may be forfeited.
Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify krwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. krwin shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
KYC Verification: krwin is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may include additional proof of address or source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit krwin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by the player to their Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant event; or (b) RM500.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. krwin makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or its Content.
Closure by the Player: You may close your krwin Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable charges) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigative hold is in effect.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict krwin's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where required to protect its legitimate business interests.
